Texas, I envy you. The amount of fantastic shows and festivals coming to you this summer season is absurd, and it’s just getting more so with announcements of Euphoria Music Festival just on the cusp, with the announcements having been made already being absolutely enormous. If you haven’t heard about the Euphoria Music Festival, let me catch you up to speed.
Euphoria Music Festival, a two-day music and arts festival in New Braunfels, Texas this April 12 – 13, 2013, is in it’s second year of tearing things up. After a successful inaugural year in 2012, Euphoria is expanding to include two full days of music. The performer lineup at the multi-stage festival includes: Datsik; Tommy Trash; EOTO; Mord Fustang; Felix Cartal; Conspirator; Dirtyphonics; Le Castle Vania; Downlink; Michal Menert; Designer Drugs; Nerd Rage and The Polish Ambassador. We’ll keep you updated as more artists are anounced.
Festival organizer Mitch Morales had this to say:
We are excited to expand to a 2-day format and continue to offer music fans a diverse and unique lineup that explores the many facets of electonric music today. Whitewater Amphitheatre is an amazing venue and the perfect setting to kick off festival season this April.
Here’s your chance to kick off your summer festival experience the right way: camping. The festival will be held at Whitewater Amphitheater, a scenic Hill Country venue bordered on two sides by the Guadalupe River; conveniently located about 30 minutes travel time from Downtown San Antonio, Texas and 50 minutes travel time from Downtown Austin, Texas. Many of the elements introduced at EMF2012 will return, including cutting edge visuals, unique stage design, improved dance tents, and a diverse range of artists. Additionally, the festival will expand to include art installations, increased venue facilities, late night Silent Disco shows on Friday and Saturday, and daily shuttle service from area camping and lodging locations. The festival has partnered with Riverside Resorts to offer fans wishing to camp discount pricing options. Long distance shuttles with stops in Austin, San Antonio and San Marcos, are also being provided, so don’t worry about getting designating a driver, they’ve got you covered.
The early bird tickets have already sold out for this one, but general admission tickets are offered starting at $59, plus fees; not too bad for a 2-day festival with camping. Multiple VIP levels, with preferred viewing areas, a private bar, festival swag and separate entrance are available, starting at $109, plus fees; awesome for a 2-day festival with camping! Private skyboxes with premium private bar and preferred viewing area are available, starting at $3000 for up to 16 people, for those of you looking for that option to watch people green with jealousy staring up at you. Tickets are available online at below!
